If you noticed that theme and icons of Synaptic Package Manager are ugly on Ubuntu GNU/Linux, all you have to do is:
$ sudo ln -s $HOME/.themes /root/.themes
$ sudo ln -s $HOME/.icons /root/.icons
… and voilà!
